Refund Policy<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The amounts paid for reservations are non-refundable.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In case of cancellation within the established time (minimum 24 hours in advance), the client may choose to:<\/div>\n<div>\u2022\ud83c\udf9f A credit for the amount paid, or<\/div>\n<div>\u2022\ud83d\udcc5 Date postponement, subject to availability.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This voucher can be used for a new booking within the period established by the company. (Valid for 1 month)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Once the service has started or the full rental payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2e3b<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>3. Reasons for Cancellation by the Company<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>MOVIRENTS reserves the right to cancel the rental in the following cases:<\/div>\n<div>\u2022\u274c Inconsistencies or irregularities in the documentation presented at the time of vehicle collection.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022\u274c Customer's failure to appear on the agreed date and time without prior notice.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022\u274c No presence of the credit card holder who backs the guarantee.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022\u274c Failure to comply with the requirements established in the rental agreement.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2e3b<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>4. Waiting Time (No Show)<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The customer will have a maximum of 60 minutes after the scheduled time to make the reservation effective.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>If this time has elapsed without prior communication, the reservation will be considered automatically cancelled and the non-refundable conditions will apply.<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
