What is Pico y Placa?

The "pico y placa" restriction is a vehicle restriction that limits vehicle circulation based on the final license plate number, on specific days and times established in each city.

Restricted hours and days

Pereira: Monday to Friday — 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM citywide
Armenia: Monday to Friday — 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM Downtown 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Exempt vehicles / exceptions

Some vehicles, emergency services, diplomatic plates, etc., may be exempt. Check with your local transit authority.
