1. Changes and Cancellations
Modifications or cancellations of reservations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time of vehicle delivery.
The request must be made through our reservations center:

2. Refund Policy
The amounts paid for reservations are non-refundable.
In case of cancellation within the established time (minimum 24 hours in advance), the client may choose to:
•🎟 A credit for the amount paid, or
•📅 Date postponement, subject to availability.
This voucher can be used for a new booking within the period established by the company. (Valid for 1 month)
Once the service has started or the full rental payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Reasons for Cancellation by the Company
MOVIRENTS reserves the right to cancel the rental in the following cases:
•❌ Inconsistencies or irregularities in the documentation presented at the time of vehicle collection.
•❌ Customer's failure to appear on the agreed date and time without prior notice.
•❌ No presence of the credit card holder who backs the guarantee.
•❌ Failure to comply with the requirements established in the rental agreement.

4. Waiting Time (No Show)
The customer will have a maximum of 60 minutes after the scheduled time to make the reservation effective.
If this time has elapsed without prior communication, the reservation will be considered automatically cancelled and the non-refundable conditions will apply.
